This lockdown might have shut down many businesses but have also given rise to many new ventures. Since there was lot of free time and the whole country were told to stay indoors, people started thinking about other sources of income. 2020 is year of survival. This year has made us realize that one cannot be dependent on one source of income. In order to have a good financial position, one needs to be good in more than one skill. 

Boredom in lockdown has bring out the creativity and innovation in people. People have started to analyze the current situation and plan their new ventures accordingly. Even around ourselves we can see on various digital platforms that so many people have started their new ventures related to bakery, digital marketing, sanitizer and masks shop and much more. 

I have seen many homemakers started following their passion and creating pages on social media to showcase their talents and hobbies. Next to my house, a family has started making their ancestral recipe of chicken pickle and using various digital marketing strategies to sell their pickle.  So we can see how people have got better ideas during lockdown. 

Lockdown has given many people the opportunity to think about their career plans in the most effective way. Many have changed their career decisions as well. Earlier who were confused about their career plans , have been able to analyze and know their interests better. Lockdown gave people time to know what they are actually good at and think accordingly. This is the time to think logically as it is a very volatile and dynamic situation.

I believe that no matter what situation comes, one must adjust and plan accordingly. There is always a situation to a problem. But for that we need proper concentration and dedication to towards our work. At last it is must to have a positive outlook towards a situation so that we can deal with peace of mind .
